of purpose:
To build a
cultural mindset that generates a working environment free of accident and
injury.
Practices:

To work with OSHA,
the Architectural Wood Institute (AWI) and our insurance carriers as
continuous improvement partners to audit and understand current working
conditions, eliminating potential causes that lead to incidents and
injuries.
- To review incidents with the mindset that improvement is the primary goal, not placing blame.
- To create a company-wide awareness that an incident and injury-free workplace is an integral part of Faustrollean Fixture Company’s total quality program
Other Notes on Safety:

Faustrollean Fixture Company significantly reduced its loss rate in 2004,
resulting in a $28,000 reimbursement in 2005 for its improved record.
- Faustrollean received an Architectural Wood Institute Safety Improvement Award in 2005 for working more than 100,000 without an incident. Safety pays.
